Size Guide

One of the hardest parts of shopping for vintage/pre-loved online is figuring out the sizing. For a normal brand, you can get to know their sizing chart and (hopefully) find your perfect fit and stick to it.

Since we buy our vintage from lots of brands and across decades, sizing is super inconsistent. One brand’s M is another’s XS, and 1992’s 8 is likely very different from 2008’s.

Our Approach

To help you find your perfect fit, we use a standard set of sizes based on the measurements and fit of each piece.

For some pieces this process is super straightforward (jeans for example can be measured on the waistband) others need to be sized by judgment call (if something is meant to be loose, the basic measurements can be misleading so we need to decide how much “ease” we think the garment is intended to have).

This system is both an art and a science, so we’re always looking for feedback. If something doesn’t fit that you think should have based on our sizing LET US KNOW!! We want to make this system as good as it possibly can be!
